What a wonderful Easter Egg Hunt at church Saturday. We had such a wonderful group. During Sunday School the kids made resurrection rolls. I love the excitement they have.
Please join us this morning to celebrate Christ’s Resurrection!
Please note the following correction to what was published in this week's Pittsburg Gazette: we are not having a Living Last Supper this year. We only have one on even numbered years (and Carols in the Park on odd numbered years). Thank you!
Congratulations James, Joe, and Dylan! I'm proud of you.
Another proud moment for our FUMC Youth Tonight at the Pittsburg ISD Board Meeting, several youth that attend FUMC youth activities or are members of FUMC were recognized for qualifying for the Duke TIP (Talent Identification Program). Students qualify by scoring at or above the 95th percentile on a grade-level standardized test or IQ test. Congratulations to James Cody, Joseph Henderson & Dylan Miller! And to the rest of the students that were recognized tonight, we are proud of you too!

God chose the most unlikely to give birth to the Savior of the world. Just think of how He can use you to do great things. How will you react when He reveals His purpose for your life? #unwrapChristmas
What is the true meaning of Christmas?
Our Children’s Dept performed “The 12 days of Christmas” this evening. We thought you might enjoy hearing them!
For our final day at VBS, please enjoy this slideshow created for your enjoyment. Our last lesson, we learned God's Heroes have Power. We also raised a lot of food, toiletries, first aid supplies and money to benefit God's Closet. We are so proud of all of these children and we were all inspired by God unending love. Thank you all!!!!
